During your Teens, you come across many different life pressures such as juggling school, work, social life, and parents. Not to mention if anything else comes along the way. All of this can build up quickly and soon it seems unmanageable and you may start to experience some anxiety symptoms. I am here to help you gain a flow and control to your life and make these pressures a little easier.
We are going to journey through the benefits that Yoga and Meditation by not only creating a community to support you through this journey but I will also be taking you through some one-on-one sessions to really understand your situation and give you your very own personalised practice tailored just for you. Yes Independence is great but we are not meant to journey through life on our own.
Teen yoga if for every teen no matter if you have ever done yoga before. Let’s practice together and take control.
