Come and join us for an 8-week body reset program aimed at reconnecting the mind, body, and soul to achieve greater health and an inspired life.
Hosted by: Holly Shepard (Yoga Teacher & Meditation teacher ((500hr E-RYT)) and Sally Pattison (Nutritionist & Naturopath).
We will be looking at where you are currently and where you would love to be within your entire life, health, wellness, work, home, family, friends, financial. What do you want to see greater in your life?
Enjoy weekly yoga and meditation classes, your own cleansing dietary guide with shopping lists, meal plans, and recipes, and daily support through our private Facebook group.

– 1-hour Meditation class & group discussion (Satsang)
Monday Evenings 7pm – 8pm
– 1-hour Yoga class
Thursday Mornings 6am – 7am
– 2 Yoga Nidra classes
